What we think about

What we think about or focus on determines what we believe in
What we think about determines how our day will turn out
What we think about determines how joyful or grateful we will be
We have to be careful about what we think about or anticipate.

Negative expectations become self-fulfilling prophesises
Meditating on the negative means we am agreeing to let Satan defeat us
We must mediate on God’s word.

Meditating on God’s words will fill our mind with all of God’s promises
We must allow the transforming power of God’s word to renew our heart and mind
We must get into agreement with God’s word.
We must focus on His promises and believe what He says.

What God says about our lives is more important than what anyone  believes or what we believe.

Ps 119:99 My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises
